The Fender Japan ST-Champ has arrived.

This is an early model ST-Champ, manufactured around 1993-1995. It's a distinctive model featuring a simple 1-humbucker configuration, and with limited circulation today, it's known as a hidden gem among Fender Japan models.

This unit is an early specification, featuring a 6-point synchronized tremolo with pressed saddles. It retains a strong sense of the Fender style of that era.

Its most notable feature is the simple control layout: 1 humbucker, 1 volume, and 1 tone. By eliminating unnecessary circuitry, you can directly feel the picking nuances and the guitar's inherent resonance.

The humbucker installed delivers a thick, powerful sound, suitable for various genres such as rock, blues, and punk. It's a very practical instrument despite its simplicity.

It features a basswood body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. Its lightweight body and well-balanced sound make it easy to handle, which is another appealing characteristic.
