FERNANDES / BURNY CUSTOM has arrived.

This is a unit believed to have been manufactured around 1976 based on the serial number, embodying the passion and adventurous spirit typical of Japanese guitars from the 70s. While studying overseas styles, it didn't merely imitate but rather clearly expressed the individuality characteristic of domestic brands at that time.

Likely an FST-75N specification, this model is based on the Strat style but also shows attention to detail in terms of wood and construction. The wood grain visible through the natural color is also impressive, giving it a strong presence that emphasizes the material's texture in a simple way.

The body material is silverheart. This is an unusual material for a typical Strat-type, and the configuration suggests a quick attack, clear articulation, and a solid core resonance. Combined with a maple neck and maple fingerboard, the overall sound is vibrant and highly responsive. It's crisp on cleans and cuts through without losing definition when overdriven.

The 3-bolt neck joint and 70s styling are also appealing, allowing you to fully experience the atmosphere of that era. The lever switch has been replaced and is now a 5-way selector. In addition to the classic bridge/middle/neck positions, the half-tones are also easy to use, providing practical functionality within a vintage look.

Weighing 3.75kg, it's easy to handle and offers good maneuverability for its vintage-like appearance. It has a practical balance for live performances and daily use.

The tremolo arm is missing. The neck tends to be back-bowed, and there's no room for loosening the truss rod, but currently, its functionality and playability are fine, maintaining a usable condition.
