You love the sound of an ES-335, but struggle with its size and playability.
The ES-339 was created to fill that "in-between" niche.

It has the classic semi-hollow body style.
However, when you actually hold it, you'll notice the difference in body size. It's a size smaller than a 335, and the fit against your body changes significantly.

This size significantly reduces stress during playing.
It's easy to balance whether standing or sitting, and is designed to feel natural even when switching from a solid guitar.

Its construction features a semi-hollow body with a center block.
While retaining the airy feel characteristic of hollow body instruments, it suppresses feedback, making it well-balanced and easy to handle in live performances or studios.

Furthermore, the overall finish and neck construction are excellent, allowing for stress-free playing from chords to leads, even in the higher positions. The tuning stability of the pegs is also extremely high.

Often equipped with '57 Classic pickups,
it delivers a sound that ranges from sweet cleans to driven tones that maintain their core. It faithfully inherits the classic "ES sound."
