This is a professional model, equivalent to the current 700 series.
It features a calm, deep tone characteristic of a full-silver instrument. As a professional model, with diligent practice, it can produce a richly expressive, responsive, and profound sound.
This particular instrument has an H footjoint, which requires more air than flutes with a standard C footjoint. However, it allows for the lowest note to be H, and the increased tube length makes high notes more stable and easier to produce.
